The one-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a pull-out couch, plus blackout curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast options were impressive, especially the waffle maker. Cleanliness was inconsistent; while some areas shone, others were disappointing, with dirty carpets and a noisy fridge. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which helped. If management addresses these issues, it could be a great spot; for now, though, there’s room for improvement.

Friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally clean room and well-maintained facilities, including a nice pool and hot tub. The location is ideal for accessing Hershey Park and celebrations. The room size worked well for my family of six. Breakfast was delicious, and the beds were comfortable. some aspects need attention. The hotel shows signs of age. There were issues with housekeeping service, and breakfast was poorly managed, with food being put away early. Keycard malfunctions were frustrating, particularly for a family member with Autism. Clearer communication from the front desk is essential. With targeted improvements, this hotel could enhance its service considerably.

The hotel offers an incredible base just a few steps away from a variety of restaurants like Texas Roadhouse and convenient access to attractions such as the National Civil War Museum and Reservoir Park, making it perfect for long walks and weekend excursions; the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, though the amenities could use a little updating but it didn’t hamper our overall enjoyable stay.

The room was super comfortable with blackout shades for the perfect sleep! I loved relaxing in the heated pool and hot tub after exploring nearby restaurants. The kind staff made us feel so welcome at breakfast, creating a warm and friendly vibe.

Country Inn & Suites in Harrisburg offers a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility. The proximity to shopping and highways is a bonus. Despite ongoing renovations, the updated rooms were clean and inviting, and the staff was exceptionally helpful, enhancing our overall experience immensely!

So, the pool was ridiculously cold—not heated at all! I couldn't believe it. After a hot day, no one wants to freeze in the water. I was really disappointed; a heated pool would’ve made such a difference!

Super close to HersheyPark and the concert venue. The beds were comfy af, the pool area was a vibe, and the breakfast fueled our squad for the day. Chilling in the jacuzzi with the crew after a wild night out was the icing on the cake!
Just wish they had a cooler hangout spot for late-night turn-ups.

The bed was very comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom was immaculate. Temperature control was decent, although the automatic light switch in the middle of the night was disruptive. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere; I couldn’t hear neighbors on a Saturday night. The shower had excellent water pressure. the blankets were a bit light for someone who gets cold easily. Amenities were limited, and the provided soap bars were quite thin. the room offered great comfort for a short stay, with some minor areas for improvement.

Printing my tickets was thrilling at the business center. The paddle-wheel riverboat view was splendid, and the snacks in my room's fridge were a lifesaver. The event team helped with bookings. Exploring the beautiful state capitol was delightful. The Whitaker Center's activities were a hit.
I simply adored finding other guests' clothing items in my room.

After attending a Hershey Bears hockey game at Giant Center, our family found this hotel ideal. Convenient location, friendly staff, and ample amenities suited our needs perfectly. Close proximity to dining and shopping made it a stress-free stay for us.
My wife says that brighter room lighting would benefit families.

The heating and air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, it was a nice touch for a morning pick-me-up. Unfortunately, I did notice that there was a lack of garden furniture outside, which would have been nice to relax in the fresh air. The free toiletries provided in the bathroom were basic but sufficient for my needs. I was disappointed to find that the am/fm alarm clock in the room was not working properly, which made it challenging to wake up on time. The flat-screen TV was a great addition for entertainment, but the carpeted floor in the room felt a bit worn out and could have used some refreshing. The laundry service was convenient, but the quality of the blankets provided was not adequate as they were too thin to keep warm during the night. my experience at Country was decent, with some positives like the helpful amenities and friendly staff.

Good location, close to attractions and plenty of dining options nearby. Enjoyed the free breakfast with lots of choices and comfy beds. Appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the handy list of nearby eateries in the lobby.
Old dated carpets in the room were a turnoff. TV remote and window shade didn't work well.

we had a wonderful stay at Country Inn. the staff was excellent and upgraded our room to an amazing suite at no additional charge. the hotel was beautiful and very clean. the breakfast was crowded but delicious with great choices to choose from. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return if we are in the area again.
